This course is ideal for those people or organisations seeking knowledge about the practice and benefits of Business relationship management. This course IS NOT for those people who are actively employed as, or seeking employment as a Business relationship manager. Those people should be pointed towards the APMG Business Relationship Management Practitioner course. This ITIL course is focussed on the practice (subject of) Business relationship management rather than the ‘how to’ of Business relationship management.There is 90 minutes, closed book, multiple choice examination associated with this course. This exam is virtual and can be booked at a time of the delegates choosing and will be invigilated virtually by PeopleCert.The exam can be booked anytime after 3pm on the last day of the course.
