ITIL(R) 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control

The examination is intended to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of the concepts covered in the ITIL 4 Asset Management Practice, ITIL 4 Change Enablement Practice, ITIL 4 Deployment Management Practice, ITIL 4 Release Management Practice, ITIL 4 Service Configuration Management Practice publications.There is a 90-minute, closed book, 60 question multiple choice examination associated with this course. Pass mark is 39 (65%).This exam is online and can be booked at a time of the delegates choosing once the course has finished and will be invigilated virtually by PeopleCert.
