The ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy is a unique learning programme that explores the enabling of business success through the creation of digital and IT strategies. The content of this learning programme demonstrates how digital and IT strategy can help to shape, influence and drive strategic business decisions and organisational change, in line with the agile and evolving customer and business landscape.The learning programme consists of three separate days spread over a three week period to enable both developing a deeper learning around strategic concepts and allowing delegates to prepare for a series of mandatory in-course assessed assignments spread over the three separate days. These assignments are a crucial element of the learning programme and are designed to allow delegates to demonstrate they have grasped the key digital and IT strategy principles and that they can apply them to the associated AXELOS issued case study. This case study will be supplied to delegates as part of the pre-course work so enabling a smooth start to the first day of the learning programme. The group assignments will be assessed and marked through the learning programme and passing these with a score of 30 or more out of 40 is required BEFORE delegates can go forward to take the associated ‘closed book’ examination. Delegates will be informed a maximum of 2 business days after completing the learning programme whether they have passed the in-course assignments to the required level which will then allow them to schedule the associated exam. The exam itself consists of 30 multi-choice questions and to be successful, candidates will need to score 21 or more.
