The AI leadership – AI delivery and organisational transformation apprenticeship unit is a five-day live training programme designed for senior leaders responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and scaling of AI systems within their organisation.Aligned to Level 5 standards, this unit focuses on enabling leaders to guide AI-enabled transformation in a strategic, sustainable, and responsible way. It supports participants in aligning AI delivery with long-term organisational goals, embedding governance and compliance frameworks, managing workforce impact, and ensuring that deployed AI systems are monitored effectively.The programme blends strategic insight with practical leadership capability. Learners will develop the confidence to lead AI transformation across technical and non-technical teams, communicate opportunities and risks clearly, and embed holistic governance across the AI lifecycle.Funding: This apprenticeship unit is funded through the Government’s Growth and Skills Levy.
