Schedule

  • The training is split into 6 basic blocks.
  • The first block contains a theoretical introduction. The other blocks are divided according to the Deming cycle and the relevant techniques are explained at each stage.
  • Each block is completed with a practical exercise.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt has no experience or education requirements.

  • The course is completed with a test. The test contains 20 questions. The Yellow Belt Test does not include statistical calculations, but requires an understanding of how to correctly apply the individual techniques explained.
  • After passing the test (80%), the Yellow Belt candidate receives a certificate from HPE.
