Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt

Benefits

• This course is designed for those experienced in Lean Six Sigma methodology application in projects or in continuous improvement of the company and provides a detailed overview of advanced techniques.
• The course structure covers the entire cycle of improvement, enables to work independently on projects and effectively design areas for process improvement.

Schedule

• The whole course is organized according to the stages of the Deming cycle.
• One area is covered every day, including practical exercises. The last day of the afternoon is reserved for the test.
• The training requires knowledge of the topics contained in the Yellow Belt course.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification requires three years of work experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge. Candidates must have worked in a full-time, paid role. Paid intern, co-op or any other course work cannot be applied toward the work experience requirement.

• The course is completed with a test. The test contains 40 questions. The Green Belt Test contains basic statistical calculations (15 questions).
• After passing the test (80%), the Yellow Belt candidate receives a certificate from HPE.
