Drawing from the Integr8 program, participants learn to dismantle barriers to collaboration by fostering open communication channels, strengthening organizational diversity and inclusion, and promoting psychological safety.Session 2 - Reducing Burnout by Increasing Collaboration in CybersecurityThis session harnesses the power of collaboration to combat burnout. Ascybersecurity professionals grapple with complexity and information overload, these workshops equip them with the social-behavioural tools to enhance teamwork, boost efficiency, and elevate autonomy. Attendees will leave with a newfound ability to bridge gaps, reduce burnout, and fortify their own resilience.About Integr8Integr8 is the leading human-centred teamwork development program for cybersecurity teams and multi-team systems, synthesising 56,000 hours of US & European government-funded research into a gamified, experiential curriculum that develops the essential skills to drive lasting and dynamic teamwork.
